While I was watching the play at the theater, I suddenly said 　  　  　 then, I woke up. Yes, I was talking in my sleep. The person who was sitting next me was surprised and looking at me. So, I said her Then, I went back to sleep.

There was the live held by SPIRITUS, the saxophone quartet, in the Country's Cafe in Miyako. This was the 2nd visit for them to visit Miyako for the live. I know Ms. Onodera Tomoko san had been working hard to bring them over to Miyako; She went to Morioka to pick them up from there, took them around for their meals, prepared their stages,  made the advertisement for the live, and so on so on.. So, I'd love to deeply appreciate for her hard works to make them come over. Thank you very much, Tomoko-san, and thank you for letting me know about this live. The show was just amazing. Their instruments, the saxophones, can make very high sound pressure and impact, but on the other hand, they can create very delicate melody lines.  Moreover, the saxophones they have are the different kinds, such as, soprano, alto, tenor, and baritone.  With those combinations, they can drag you into their world of sounds easily.  So, I felt their world.  It was just great. It was fun live show as always. It is typhoons season right now in Japan, and typhoons are actually hitting Japan here and there. So, we talked about the typhoons as one of the topic; Eri san asked members if they call "typhoon" in another name in their countries, and Toby san answered "It could be tropical storm..?" Then Eri san said "That sounds delicious!" For the moment, this picture came into my mind. (1) Eri san's definition of Tropical storm = delicious -> tropical fruits  -> fruits bonus -> Pac Man  (2) Eri san's definition of  Tropical storm = typhoon, weather -> something in the sky     (1) + (2) = Pac Man in the sky But if I say "ah, that Pac man in the sky, right?...

I watched the movie, "Lucy" for the last weekend. And this blog post is the "spoiler." So, if you have not watched the movie yet and don't want to know what the movie is about, I recommend not to read below. OK. I see this movie is about the evolution of human beings, not only how they have evolved, but also how they will evolve in the future.  Lucy, the main character seemed like she became the evolved human being accidentally in the movie. In the end of the movie, she disappeared (it was like vaporized) and she said "I am everywhere" to people there. (What she said in English maybe different because I watched this movie with Japanese dub and I am writing this in English, so I am translating from translated English in Japanese back to English.)   So, she became like transparent atmosphere which is bigger than the Earth, I thought. I went to GEO, the rental DVD store, in town to get some rental DVD for the weekend. I saw one of the DVD, the title "EXODUS." It's not something I wanted to watch or I had watched before, but when I pronounced it in my mind, one baby came into my mind.   How?  Well.  Let me separate the word "EXODUS" into 3 parts to make them sounds Japanese. So, it's "E" "XO (kuso)" "DUS (dasu)"    In which  E: Isn't it about time..    Kuso: poop Dasu: to get out.    So, it's like "Isn't it about time to get the poop out?"  Yeah, I was like a weirdo who was holding my laugh looking at "EXODUS" DVD. Well, I don' t care any more.       

The  way they memorize how to count number in Japanese in English speaking countries is interesting. In Japanese, they count numbers as 1(ichi) 2(ni) 3(san) 4(shi) 5(go).. so on. So, how they remember in English speaking countries is 1 = itchy 2 = knee 3 = Sun 4 = sea 5 = go I thought that sounds cute. I did not ask how to count the rest of the numbers up to ten. In Japanese, it's 6(roku) 7(shichi) 8(hachi) 9(kyuu) 10(juu) So, it can be something like 6 = rock 7 = sh*ts 8 = hatch 9 = queue 10 =
