WTF it says?


I saw this sign on above in the bathroom of the home improvement shop in town.  
I found the English translation is bit funny, so I took the picture. 
  
It says "Caution, drop!"
It sounds like "When you drop a baby, use caution!"
But, I think it's trying to say "A baby could fall from the table, so use caution."
BTW, the baby looks like he has a big thing on the picture.
Well, never mind what I said.
 
Also, it says "Never leave."
It sounds like "You are trapped in the room. You'd better not to leave here. This room will be exploded if you try to leave."
It could be "Never leave the baby alone."
  
And the last, it says "Keep watch."
It sounds like "Keep watching the baby no matter what.  Just keep watching.  Do not do anything else, but watch him/her."
It could be "Keep your eyes on the baby."

I don't know.  Maybe it means:
"When you drop a baby, use caution!"
"You are trapped in the room. You'd better not to leave here. This room will be exploded if you try to leave."
"Keep watching the baby no matter what.  Just keep watching.  Do not do anything else, but watch him/her."
Who knows.
