Update from Jeff Holscher in Iwaizumi (September 5th, 2016) (5)

The town of Iwaizumi will be accepting volunteers once again starting Tuesday to help with the clean up and recovery efforts.
 
Check in and register at Iwaizumi Town Hall.
If you want to help assist please bring the following items:
Water/drinks (for yourself).
 
Food for yourself.
Change of clothes.
Shovel
Gloves
Boots
Identification (foreigner's card)
 
Access to Iwaizumi is limited by access through the village of Tanohata. If you need further information please reply to this post or send a direct message to me.

INGRESS is an interesting smartphone game and I have been playing months now. What is INGRESS?  Here's a wiki. But you have to be very careful when you play this game and drive your car at the same time. When you get caught by watching smartphone while your are driving, you will get 1 penalty point on your driver's license and also the ticket cost you 6,000 yen. How do I know about it?
