Evacuation preparation alert, Evacuation Advisory, and Evacuation Directive

There are three different announcements from the municipality: Evacuation preparation alert (避難準備情報,) Evacuation Advisory (避難勧告,) and Evacuation Directive (避難指示.) Evacuation Directive is the strongest one, and when you hear it, you need to start your evacuation.
　
Level 1:
避難準備情報　(Evacuation preparation alert)
Call for the residents from its municipality, especially to the elder people and physically disability people, to prepare for the evacuation.
　　
Level 2:
避難勧告　(Evacuation advisory)
Municipality encourages the residents in the area, where could affected by the disaster, to evacuate.
　　
Level 3
避難指示　(Evacuation directive)
Municipality demands the residents to evacuate immediately. This is urgent, and it's highly possible to have serious damages from the disaster. Please start evacuating when you have evacuation directive.

The Coffee Vending Machine

   When I was buying a cup of coffee from the vending machine, it made a big sound and shook itself a little.  It sounded like somebody inside hit his/her head somewhere there.  I was so curious but I was not brave enough to peep inside the machine because I had a feeling that if I peep inside, he or she inside would be attacking my eyes.

Miyako Autumn Festival 2016

For Miyako Autumn Festival 2016, Adam and Patricia were practicing taiko drum to participate to the Yamaguchi Taiko Drum demonstration.  When I was watching their demonstration, I could find Patricia, but Adam.  I was looking around for him so hard, but I could not find him at all.  I thought he might be feeling sick and he could not make it.  BUT, later, I found that he was on the other side of the mikoshi shrine.  That was shame that I could not capture his taiko drum playing in the video.   When I was browsing around, I saw one of my classmate from my junior high school.
