I got banned from facebook AGAIN for a week.

Facebook banned me of posting and sharing on timeline, sending messages, and like button for any post for a week.  Right now, what I can do on facebook is only to login.            I asked what I did wrong to get banned to the help desk, but they have not replied me anything yet.    What I did right before I had got banned was re-activating one of my pages about discussing the differences between the facts and the fake news on fake medias.        Well, these are my new pages:    Please give your "like" on my pages.  You will be receiving tons of update (since those pages are updated by bots) from the pages, but you can hide them too.

Re: Putin meets with S. Korea leader, calls for talks on N. Korea nuke threat

"It's impossible to resolve the problem of the Korea peninsula only by sanction and pressure" said President Putin. He seems like wants to have a dialogue with North Korea instead of sanction against them. One of the main reasons is Russia (Soviet Union) is who had create the country North Korea. Therefore, Russia would like to keep a good relationship with North Korea like the time during Korea War, the war between North and South Korea in 1950. For the war, North Korea, China, and Soviet Union fought against United States and Japan. What war about being happening is like the Second Korea War. (FOX NEWS) Putin meets with S. Re:

Knees down, Face down, Cover your ears - How to protect yourself from missile attack on Saturday, September 9th

North Korea appears to be preparing to launch a ballistic missile- possibly an ICBM, South Korean media reported Monday. It can be happening on Saturday, September 9th, the day of National Foundation Day of North Korea.   When the missile come to the direction of Tohoku region like the last time, you will need to protect yourself.   - If you are outside, evacuate to the firm building (or to underground.) If there is no building or underground, hide yourself behind something and knees down, face down, and cover your ears.   - If you are inside building, stay away from the windows, or move to the room that has no window. Then, knees down, face down, and cover your ears.   - If you are driving, pull your car to the side of the road, and inside the car, knees down, face down and cover your ears, same for when you are in the bus or train.   ★ When missile falls near where you are at: - If you are outside, cover your mouth and nose and evacuate yourself in the building clos

Elsa, is that you?

I meant to wash my training wears, but I always lost the timing of using the washing machine. Because the washing machine makes noise, I do not want to use it late in the night for my neighbors. So, I washed them with my hands and foot. Then, I hanged them outside because they were dripping. You know, because it's low humidity in the winter time, I though they would be dried by morning. But they got frozen instead. image url:  https://lumiere-a.akamaihd.net/v1/images/6d7454cea6644379adc7e529c5790a28078a2823.jpeg?region=0%2C0%2C450%2C450

HURRAY!! HURRAY!!

When I went to the electronics store in town, I saw my kohai(*) who works there shoveling the snow in the parking area for the store.   "Hey, hard working man.  What's up?" I said to him.   He replied me "Getting snow removed from this parking." I was happy to see him working so hard.  So, I said him "HURRAY!! HURRAY!! (Kohai's name)!! GANBARE!! GANBARE!! (Kouhai's name)!!" out loud like the school cheering boys in Japan.    http://www.nagoya-doubutsu.ac.jp/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/page/2014/10/nh_ouen_05.jpg Then, he threw me the snow that he was shoveling.  ......WHY!?     (*kouhai = A senpai and kohai are generally similar in a lot of ways. They're usually fairly close in age, and have a similar occupation and social standing. The differences is when it comes to seniority and/or experience. Two people may both be students at the same school, but if one is a first-year student and the other is a third-year, then

The Coffee Vending Machine

When I was buying a cup of coffee from the vending machine, it made a big sound and shook itself a little.  It sounded like somebody inside hit his/her head somewhere there.  I was so curious but I was not brave enough to peep inside the machine because I had a feeling that if I peep inside, he or she inside would be attacking my eyes.

Kamome-no-tamago and kamome-no-hanakuso

"Kamome-no-tamago, seagull eggs" is the one of the famous souvenir from Iwate prefecture. It's not real seagull eggs, but they do really good work to mimic it by using white chocolate as the egg shell, and white bean paste as its yolk. Now, they have "kamome-no-hanakuso, booger of seagulls" available at the souvenir stores and supermarkets in Miyako. (I purchased it at Seatopia Naado.) It's not real booger of seagull (hope not,) but small chocolate ball with nut inside. You may want to buy this for whom understand joke.

heyatore, the book for workout

I have been working out by following the workout menu in the book whose name is heyatore  ("heya" means "room," and "tore" means "training" in short. So, it's "training in room" both together.)      The book contains the workout programs for 2 weeks, 1 month, 3 months, up to 6 months. You have to workout every couple days depends on which month you are. Because it was good amount of workout, I could finish the 6 months program without any hustles. I started the 6 months program on beginning of January 2016 and finished it in the end of June. However, the book has the maximum 6 months workout program, but nothing after 6 months (T T) I did not know what to do, but I found there was the heyatore book for 12 months when I was browsing internet. So, I bought that too.   When I was reading through the heyatore  book for 12 months, I found the Q and A that had my question too.     Q. What if I complete the all 1

Is somebody next to you?

"82.6 We are next to you, 82.6 Miyako Harbor Radio"   You would hear the short song between the radio programs when you are listening the 82.6 FM in Miyako area.  Sometime, this song annoys me.   When you say "we," that means "you and I," and most likely it's used between two (or more) people who are talking to each other.  So, when you say "we are next to you," that's "(you and I) are next to you." It's like

Beach, Coastal Levees, and Titans

It was too beautiful day, and it's kinda shame that I had to work today. I felt like drive to the beach even though it's little cold. So, I use my "lunch break (in general because I do not eat daytime)" to drive to the beach in Fujiwara where is about 10 -15 minute driving from my office.         Unfortunately, the sun was covered by clouds when I got there, but the view there was gorgeous as usual.  I saw some sort of the construction materials covered by the yellow sheets on the beach. On the construction sign on the walk way, I found those construction materials were the base of the coastal levees that they were building there to protect the beach area by tsunami. Around there was one of many areas in the city that got affected by tsunami on March 11, 2011. People who live there got two choices; either they keep the beautiful beach as is with the danger of tsunami, or build the coastal levees so they get protected from tsunami. It was little sad
