October 7th, 2015 Miyako International Community Radio via Miyako Harbor Radio 82.6 FM [LIVE]

Producer: Hisao Hashimoto
Navigator: Hisako Yamaguchi
Members: Yonae Rolle, Ben Pedersen, Toby Almy
Interpreter: Ito Shunsuke

Thank you very much, radio staffs and members to produce the great show for the listeners in Miyako.
That was the first time for Hisako san to do the navi, but she did very good job.
Toby chan and Yonae chan, it was good to have you two back again.  It's been a while, really.
And Ben chan, thank you very much to be the part of the show as always.  You are the saver for the MICR show.

For the topic of the show, they wanted the members to talk about Miyako Sangyo-Festival that they had 126 food wagons from all over the Miyako, selling the local foods of Miyako.
However, Toby san was in Tanohata to celebrate Victor's and his wife's birthday, (Happy Birthday, Victor and Chisako san!!)  Ben chan was in Hanamaki with his girlfriend (Hi, Lisa, how are you?)  and Yonae chan was staying her apartment, meditating.  So, the topic ended right there *LOL*
But seemed like the members had interesting weekends; for Ben chan and Lisa san, they spent their weekend at the owl cafe in Morioka.

I think this is where they visited:
[Fukurou Cafe Ricky]  http://ricky203.wix.com/ricky

You can have some drinks there and pet the owls.
This reminded me the parrot I had in the past.
He loved to climb on my shoulders, bite my ears, and pooped there *LOL*
He was a pooper literary.

During the show, there was an accident.
There were two students walking in front of the radio studio.
Then, one of them fell off suddenly and made the biggest falling sound and the radio studio shook a bit.
For the moment, I thought:

But the student woke up and walked away like nothing had happened.
That was good for the other student because he did not have to go correct the dragon balls to revive him.

And Yonae chan mentioned that her home country Bahamas had the hurricane attack and got houses destroyed, and water flooded.  People need your help there.  If you have some money to spare with them please make some donation.

Thank you very much for your kindness.

It was a great show and hopefully I see you there next week!!

Popular posts from this blog

I got banned from facebook AGAIN for a week.

Facebook banned me of posting and sharing on timeline, sending messages, and like button for any post for a week.  Right now, what I can do on facebook is only to login.            I asked what I did wrong to get banned to the help desk, but they have not replied me anything yet.    What I did right before I had got banned was re-activating one of my pages about discussing the differences between the facts and the fake news on fake medias.        Well, these are my new pages:    Please give your "like" on my pages.  You will be receiving tons of update (since those pages are updated by bots) from the pages, but you can hide them too.

Blogs and AdSense (2)

Blogs and AdSense http://itoshunsuke.blogspot.jp/2015/07/blogs-and-adsense.html     When I see my Adsense page today, I see some numbers!! *Yay* Last time I open this page after years about 10 days ago, I found that I had made only 78 yen, and other numbers on the list were zero yen. But now, I see "+224 yen!!" This is GOOD. I will donate whatever I make from my blogs to the city of Miyako. Then, hopefully the city of Miyako will let people know by saying "The blogger, Ito Shunsuke, from Miyako has donated 10,000 yen!!" on city paper. So, I will get more traffic, and it will make even more money. Then, I probably can donate 100,000 yen next year, and 1,000,000 yen for the following year, so on. When it reach to 10,000,000 yen, I will say       *LOL*

Portals in Miyako (1)

By playing INGRESS, the smartphone game, sometime it takes me to the places of cultural significance, such as public art, landmarks, monuments, etc. where I have never been or seen even in Miyako, my hometown.      I have been taking some pictures of those portals, so I would like to introduce them briefly with map link.  Some of them are not registered as the portals yet, but I had sent the request to INGRESS when I took the pictures. 1. Suidou Kouen (Water Line Park) [Portal Requesting Now] Map:  https://goo.gl/maps/jAZRP This park had opened in June 4th in 1993. You can walk not only behind the water fall, but also in the water with bear foot. So, it's nice place to "chill out" literally. 2. Suijin-hi (Stele of the Water God) [Portal] Map:  https://goo.gl/maps/jAZRP Next to the Suidou Kouen (Water Line Park,) there is Miyako Water Line Management Office.  When this Office opened, they made this stele.   In front of thi...
